Cancellation Policy
In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend TSB2025, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to TSB2025 Organizer (mail to: tsb2025thailand@gmail.com).

The TSB 2025 refund policy is as follows

  • Up to July 31, 2025: 70% refund
  • August 1-31, 2025: 50% refund
  • From September 1, 2025: No refund 

Please be informed that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. In case of the refund have to be done by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Please ensure that you select the correct registration type and attach valid proof. If the conference organizer finds that the selected type is incorrect, additional payment will be required, and the receipt cannot be edited or reissued.
